Working With Me

You may be hoping to have questions answered through psychological/neuropsychological assessment, or you may be wondering what it will be like to work with me in couples or individual therapy.

  • I will work hard to understand you as a whole person, not as a problem or diagnosis. Whether you need an assessment or are seeking therapy, I will look at the many factors affecting your unique situation.

  • I am committed to staying present to you, without judgment.  I will seek to understand you and how best to help you. I may challenge you at times.

Schedule an appointment with me.

  • I consider the relationship I have with you to be very important to the process of both therapy and assessment. The relationship we build will be part of the change you hope to see.

  • I will seek your feedback about how the assessment or therapy is going. I will want to know how I can improve my connection and work with you. I will want to know how you are experiencing the work we do together. At times, I may use standardized forms to help us track our work together.
